PAYMENT PROCEDURE AND CANCELLATION POLICY

  1. .50% Deposit is required immediately after the accepting of the quotation and booking confirmation.

  2. Bookings that are not confirmed with a 50% deposit within 3 (three)working days will be cancelled and the accommodation will then become available for other bookings.

  3. All bookings cancelled  will forfeit the full deposit amount.

  4. Should the stay be shortened for whatever reason, or guests do not arrive NO REFUNDS will be done.

  5. Full payment is required no less than 45  (Forty Five) days prior to arrival.

  6. CHILDREN UNDER 12 PRICES ON APPLICATION. Some Activities are not available to Children
    Under 12 due to SAFETY REGULATIONS

Guests enter all these premises at their own risk.  JW Integrity Tours excludes all liability for any death, injuries or damages which may be suffered due to any reason whatsoever.


Due to the exchange rate fluctuation of the Rand (ZAR) prices may increase without prior notice.

We do not charge a Tourism Levy.

  • 50% DEPOSIT to Secure your Booking within 3 days of Invoice after Confirmation of Booking

  • 2nd PAYMENT required by arrangement with JW INTEGRITY TOURS on selected Date

  • 3rd  FINAL PAYMENT is DUE 45 DAYS before arrival in South Africa

  1. COVID 19 Compliance Precautions are in place at all venues

  2. We urge Clients to postpone rather than cancel as we do not refund the full price of the booking.
    100% CANCELLATION FEE APPLIES – NO REFUNDS

  3. We are NOT LIABLE to refund the cost of the Tour in cases of Denied Entry into a Country for whatever reason.

  4. It is the Sole Responsibility of the Client to obtain Documents, Visas required for entry including Legal Documents, a Valid Passport that has at least 2 (two) Blank Pages and that does not expire within 6 (six) months of your Date of Departure.

  5. Travel and Medical Insurance against CANCELLATION, FLIGHT DELAY, LOSS OF BAGGAGE, MEDICAL EXPENSES including other remains the responsibility of the Client.

  6. CHILDREN ENTRY REQUIREMENT :
    There are strict regulations that govern children under the age of 18 travelling through South African Ports of Entry.  It is the responsibility of Clients to ensure, prior to travelling that the Correct Legal Documents and Birth Certificates and or Passports are obtained.
